V. KNEE ON BELLY ATTACK TO COBRA HOLD:

VII. HALF GUARD TOP:
•
Keep his back on floor with Under Hooks at neck and far arm
•
Pass head to floor under Far Side arm pit
•
Begin to push down leg and free your leg
•
If possible, go to Mount with Double Under Hooks control position, pushing his leg off with opposite hook
•
If you cannot pass to Mount, switch head to other side and continue with standard Head Post Pass
VIII. HALF GUARD TOP W/ HEAD AND ARM TRIANGLE SUBMISSION:

From position IV, if he puts pressure on back of head while on Far Side Head Post Pass

Complete Head & Arm Triangle
•

IX. COUNTER TO HEAD AND ARM TRIANGLE (HIPS UP):
