X-Fit Kickboxing
This is fitness kickboxing at its finest! Combining heavy bag workouts, strength training, cardio and flexibility and more, X-Fit Kickboxing will whip you into the best shape of your life. Unlike traditional fitness kickboxing, the X-Fit Kickboxing classes feature the best in proper body mechanics, precise form and an educated eye for details to ensure a safe and effective workout. All classes are taught by internationally certified Savate and muay Thai instructors.
